As a Mobile Engineer at Base, you will contribute to products where AI is not a concept, but a real capability embedded in day- to- day operations- supporting automation, insights, and smarter workflows for businesses.

Platform Engineering (Super App & Micro- Frontend)

Performance Optimization: Proactively analyze and optimize application performance to support millions of concurrent users with near- instant response times.
Mobile Technical Leadership: Build high- performance mobile applications using React Native, delivering fast and smooth user experiences across both iOS and Android.
Super App Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of Super App architecture (Micro- Frontend Architecture) on mobile, enabling flexible and independent integration of multiple product modules (Mini- Apps).

Innovation with AI Technology

Adoption of New Technologies: Research, evaluate, and propose the latest React Native libraries and mobile technologies to keep the platform at the forefront of mobile innovation.
AI Integration: Collaborate closely with Backend and Data Science teams to integrate AI- driven features (e.g., virtual assistants, data insights, automation) into the mobile experience, creating strong competitive advantages for the product.

End- to- End Mobile Product Development

Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn product ideas into reality, ensuring both visual quality and exceptional user experience.
Perform thorough debugging and testing to ensure high application quality before release.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for Mobile Engineers who are driven to build high- impact technology products.

Strong fundamentals in programming, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object- Oriented Programming (OOP).
Hands- on experience with React Native and its ecosystem (e.g. Redux / MobX, React Navigation).
Web Foundations (nice to have): Knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with state management tools; and an understanding of Microservices / Micro- Frontend architectures are strong advantages.
Proactive Learning: A strong self- learning mindset, with the initiative to explore and apply new technologies- especially emerging trends in AI/Machine Learning within mobile applications.
Product Mindset: A strong sense of product ownership, a user- centric approach, and a passion for building high- quality, scalable products.
At least 1+ year of experience in mobile application development.
