We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Human Resource Manager who plays a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a high- performing workplace where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to grow.
What You&039;ll Do:
HR Strategy & Oversight
Support performance management processes and advise managers on employee relations.
Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance, ensuring alignment with Vietnam labor laws.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development
Design and execute internal engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and belonging.
Develop recognition and feedback programs that celebrate contributions and reinforce company values.
Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to identify actionable improvement opportunities.
Talent Development & Retention
Help establish career development frameworks that support individual growth and retention.
Identify learning needs and develop training and development plans
Oversee the company’s professional development budget and ensure effective utilization.
Who We&039;re Looking For:
Proven experience in HR or People Operations with experience across hiring, onboarding, and performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
High emotional intelligence with a people- first mindset and clear communication style.
Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.

Working Hours & Probation:
Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on- site).
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site).
Working Location: Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Ha Noi
