JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Campaign Operations:
Act as a project coordinator to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with key timelines.
Manage campaign schedules and timelines across functions by working closely with different teams and departments
Monitor and follow up on key campaign deliverables, supporting the overall execution from planning to delivery.
Channel Management Support:
Assist in planning and reviewing channel content to ensure alignment with Go2Joy branding and marketing goals.
Support the operations of multiple content channels including TikTok, Facebook, and etc.
Coordinate and maintain content schedules by working with freelancers, creators, and internal stakeholders.
Campaign Content & Creative Collaboration:
Join brainstorming sessions with the content and creative teams to ideate campaign concepts that build Go2Joy awareness.
Liaise with agencies (media booking, social booking, creative agencies) to support creative and campaign execution.
Advertising Orders:
Work with the Biz team and coordinate with relevant people on executing the advertising orders related to Video Review contents.
Partnership Activities:
Working on activation schemes to attract new users at hotels.
Support communication and coordination with external affiliates and agencies involved in marketing partnerships.
General Marketing Team Support:
Take ownership of tasks as assigned by the manager and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing operations.
Provide day- to- day support for various operational and administrative tasks across the marketing team.
Other Tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Qualification/ Experience:
Experience: 0- 1 years of relevant marketing or content creation experience.
Having experience in building social channel contents, managing any social channel is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Intermediate)Video editing skills using CapCut or similar software (Intermediate)Creative scriptwriting for various contents (Intermediate)Proficiency in English (Intermediate or above with strong written and verbal communication)Project management and coordination skills (Intermediate)
Graduated University, College major in business/ marketing;

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Intelligence team in Go2Joy plays a critical role in conducting data driven business development for Go2Joy. Scope of work of individual is not just performance monitoring and reporting, but also dedicated insights to help significant business impacts.
Support and consult business stakeholders to grow the business with actionable insights
Develop dashboards, reports, analysis and data automation to enhance the understanding of business and efficiency of work
Other tasks and duties assigned by line manager
Develop and define key business indicators, metrics for decision tools
Working with various business departments and grow business by enabling data- driven decision making
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields or related field
Experience / Skills:
Knowing at least one language for querying is a plus (eg. MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
