We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for an E- Commerce Purchasing Specialist to manage supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure smooth stock flow. Your decisions will directly impact business performance, product strategy, and operational efficiency across our global e- commerce network.
What You&039;ll Do:
Supplier Management & Product Sourcing
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.
Analyze supplier offers to identify cost- effective and high- potential products.
Maintain and strengthen long- term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.
Order & Stock Management
Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.
Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on- time deliveries.
Issue Handling
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.
Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.
Who We&039;re Looking For:
Comfortable working in a fast- paced, data- driven environment.
Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
What We Can Offer:
Transport allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Lunch allowance: 40,000 VND/weekday.

Working Hours & Probation:
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on- site).
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site).
Working Location: Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Ha Noi
