JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with other related business development and operational tasks as assigned.
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with partners, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
Support the Business Development team with outreach activities and follow- ups.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
Research and identify potential partners, clients, and market opportunities in the tourism and related sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Prior experience or academic background in business, marketing, economics, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and eager to learn.
Commitment to working in line with the core values and social mission of the organization.
