JOB DESCRIPTION
Working location: 70- 72 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
Sales:
Engage and Work with the Vivu Journeys Teams: Collaborate with various Vivu
Discuss with BDM: Coordinate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) in charge of the account to plan and set margins when needed
Suggest and Implement Business Growth Ideas: Propose and execute innovative ideas to grow the business and improve sales performance
Journeys teams to gather all necessary information and rates related to client inquiries
In Charge of Replying to Assigned Inquiries: Promptly respond to all assigned client and prospect inquiries to ensure timely communication and high conversion rates
Reservations:
Input and update all bookings in the system accurately
Participate in training to stay informed about new systems and products
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to provide seamless service
Double- check itineraries, bookings, and vouchers for accuracy before sending confirmations
Work closely with the Operations team to confirm bookings and services
Handle special requests like dietary needs, accessibility, or event arrangements.
Monitor deadlines for deposits, payments, and cancellations to avoid issues
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm services and secure the best rates
Share destination updates and new ideas to improve team performance
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• Must be proficient using technology and working with software applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• High degree of customer service and satisfaction
• Fresh graduated is acceptable
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Skills:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Solid teamwork and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions
• Personally aligned with ViVu Journeys values
• Flexible and able to work with uncertainties and changing priorities
• Ability to work outside normal office hours when required.
• High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
• Multi- tasking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• A self- starter able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills across a variety of cultures
Knowledge:
• Understanding the fast- paced sales environment
• Knowledge of Indochina
