JOB DESCRIPTION
Support recording client needs and feedback
Coordinate with the Translation Coordinator to hand over completed documents to customers by technology delivery, express delivery or direct delivery at the office
Receive requirements about translation, notarization, consular legalization, etc.
Other preparation tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Support Line Managers in monitoring, controlling and accelerating order progress to meet customer delivery schedules
Coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely support when customers need to adjust or edit translations or notarizations
Manage and store records, documents, and papers related to orders and clients
REQUIREMENTS
Have a good command of English
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility, proactive, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics
Seniors or fresh graduates with Economics/English Linguistics and Literature/Business Management background and majoring related.
Candidate must be service- oriented, result- driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload
