JOB DESCRIPTION
Supplier Management & Product Sourcing
Analyze supplier offers to identify cost- effective and high- potential products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.
Maintain and strengthen long- term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.
Order & Stock Management
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on- time deliveries.
Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.
Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.
Issue Handling
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.
Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Comfortable working in a fast- paced, data- driven environment.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Structure and Analyze Data: Work with large product lists to identify potential products for sourcing and resale based on data criteria
Documentation: Take Part in Supply Chain and International Prepare data and documentation to assist in supply chain and international logistics processes.
Potential New Product & Categories Analysis: Gather and analyze data on potential new categories and products to support business expansion.
Quality Control & Reporting: Double- check data for errors, summarize findings, and present insights in clear, concise updates for further decision- making
Collaborate & Improve: Work with cross- functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements to tools or workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
Detail- oriented and proactive in preventing errors.
Fluent in English with basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and take on growing responsibilities.
Comfortable using Google Sheets and familiar with databases or data organization tools.
Clear communicator who regularly shares updates and insights.
A team player who collaborates well and keeps things moving efficiently.
