KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS
Vietnamese / English
● Developresponsive user interfaces and reusable UI components using modern front- endframeworks.
● Implementserver- side logic, RESTful APIs and data models to support product features.
● Documenttechnical decisions and report progress to stakeholders.
● Integratefront- end and back- end code, ensuring smooth data flow and error handling.
● Participate indeployment activities, CI/CD pipelines and environment configuration.
● Writeunit/integration tests and participate in code reviews to maintain codequality.
● Collaborate withdesigners (Figma) and product owners to translate requirements into technicalsolutions.
● Design, build andmaintain database schemas, queries and migrations for reliable data storage.
● Optimize webpages for performance, accessibility and SEO best practices.
● Troubleshoot,profile and refactor existing code to improve efficiency and user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required:
● Comfortable with relational and/or NoSQLdatabases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
● Understandingof the full web development lifecycle: design → development → deployment.
● Experience with a modern front- endframework/library (e.g., React, Vue, or equivalent).
● Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS(responsive/layout techniques) and relevant tooling.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science orrelevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
● Familiarity with version control (Git),testing frameworks and debugging tools.
● Strong JavaScript skills and familiaritywith the Node.js ecosystem.
● Good communication skills; able tocollaborate in Vietnamese and English.
● Proven experience as a Full- Stack /Front- end / Back- end developer.
● Experience building and consuming RESTfulAPIs; understanding of authentication/authorization patterns.
Optional:
● Familiaritywith cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and monitoring/logging tools.
● Knowledgeof performance profiling, front- end build optimization and SEO principles.
● Experiencewith containerization/DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions,Jenkins).
● Experiencewith design tools and handoffs (Figma) and content management systems.
● Priorwork in travel, marketplace or consumer- facing products.
