JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinating with relevant departments toensure effective and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Drafting application dossiers for business andinvestment project licenses
- Preparing documents for obtaining work permits,temporary residence cards, and other related permits
- Implementing legal registrations, businessestablishment procedures, and investment procedures for clients
- Performing other duties as assigned by thedirect supervisor or manager
- Preparing and/or reviewing legal opinions,resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents for clients in a timely andconsistent manner
- Managing client matters from start to finish,including advising clients and conducting legal research on their behalf
- Handling licensing procedures for companiesacross a wide range of business lines

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum education level: UniversityDegree in law (economics, labor and investment preferred); Lawyer TrainingCourse is preferred;
- Team player with excellent communication skillsand ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside thecompany;
- Hardworking, precise, proactive, enthusiastic,patient, and willing to learn
- Ability to multi- task and work independentlyunder tight deadlines;
- Year of experience: 1- 2 years; at least 1 yearsworking in a law firm or as an in- house consult;
- Have sufficient knowledge and experience inlegal consultancy related to Corporate & Investment, Merger &Acquisition, labor (especially labor regulations to expatriates), licensing,contract review/draft and legal compliances of foreign businesses in Vietnam;
- Strong negotiating skills, oral and writtencommunications skills in English;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools;
