SCOPE OF WORK
1. Social Media Strategic Planning (20%)
Assist in the annual social media calendar planning to ensure it is aligned with Marketing and Branding objectives.
Foresee content needs and coordinate with the team for timely delivery.
Research and propose creative concepts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that resonate with the F&B industry.
2. Creative Content Execution (40%)
Oversee the aesthetic consistency of the brand&039;s social grid and digital presence.
Manage digital material inventory, ensuring all assets are organized and accessible.
Draft comprehensive content proposals including scripts, visual moodboards, and storytelling angles for social campaigns.
Produce high- quality, engaging content (short- form videos, photos, and copy) specifically optimized for Facebook Instagram Reels.
3. Community Management & Growth (20%)
Monitor social media performance data and prepare reports to offer insights for continual improvement.
Collect and respond to customer opinions on social platforms regarding product quality and brand services.
Build and maintain close, long- term relationships with the online community through regular communication and trend participation.
4. Cross- departmental Support (10%)
Support Key Account management by developing digital assets for major customers and partners.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging "on- site" content for tastings, masterclasses, and distillery tours.
Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Background in Marketing, Communications, or Arts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software and creative tools (video editing, basic graphic design).
Language: Professional English proficiency.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of trade marketing principles and F&B channel dynamics.
Mindset: Attention to detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment under pressure.

Scope of Work
Events calendar strategic planning (20%)
Assist in the annual event calendar planning to ensure it is aligned with the Marketing and Branding objectives.
Manage Marketing material inventory including periodically inventory report, Pre- event and Post- event in and out.
Foresee Marketing material needs and coordinates with suppliers for cost effective and timely delivery.
Event execution (30%)
Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements for events, including those at third- party venues and on- trade outlets.
Draft comprehensive event and campaign proposals including but not limited to Objectives, Budget, Materials, Human resource.
Monitor event budget, ensuring all expenditures align with financial targets and demonstrate cost- effectiveness.
Oversee relationships with vendors and production houses, including negotiation and coordination.
Collect data and prepare Post- event reports on the effectiveness of event initiatives, offering insights for continual improvement.
Distillery Tour management (20%)
Plan all aspects of each tour including transportation, printable handouts (if needed), props, on- site location preparation to make storytelling more engaging
Collect client&039;s information in order to provide quotations that best suit their needs
Welcomes tour participants to the distillery and conduct the tour as planned
Monitor the payment process
Prepare contracts, internal payment process documents
Key accounts management (20%)
Collect and respond to customer information and opinions on the quality of the company&039;s products and services.
Learn and understand the needs and desires of Key Accounts to propose appropriate solutions and services.
Build and maintain close, long- term relationships with major customers through regular communication, understanding needs and resolving arising issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the decision- making process, contract signing and business planning of the company related to major customers.
Develop appropriate business plans and strategies to maintain, expand and increase sales with key customers.
Other task assigned by the Supervisor (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills, specifically within the Food and Beverage (FnB) industry.
Basic understanding of trade marketing principles and channel marketing.
1- 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a startup environment.
English proficiency: professional
Bartender background is a plus.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
