We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong analytical capabilities and hands- on experience in digital measurement. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI (and ideally Adobe Analytics or equivalent tools). The candidate must have a proven track record of transforming raw digital data into actionable insights that guide marketing strategy, improve user experience, and drive business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires strong problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication to collaborate directly with international clients. Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Looker Studio) is essential. Experience working with e- commerce funnels (product views, add- to- cart, checkout, conversion) and transforming data into meaningful insights is crucial.
As a Website Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable measurement across websites and digital touchpoints. You will oversee the full analytics pipeline — from tracking implementation and data validation to in- depth performance analysis and insight generation.
Daily Responsibilities Include
Work with clients to understand business requirements and digital goals, providing expert consultation on analytics implementation and measurement strategies
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot tracking tags in Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data collection in GA4
Develop conversion optimization hypotheses, support A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results, and present recommendations
Perform deep- dive analysis of user behavior, funnel performance, conversion paths, content interactions, and attribution to uncover insights
Build clear and actionable dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio to visualize performance across channels and highlight optimization opportunities
Prepare presentations and insights reports for internal teams and clients to support decision- making across marketing, product, and sales functions
Conduct routine data QA, debugging, and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analytics data.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, Data Analytics, or Conversion Rate Optimization
Strong expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and experience with Power BI is a plus
Proven experience working directly with international clients; excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Hands- on experience analyzing e- commerce data, including product views, add- to- cart, product interactions, checkout funnels, and conversion metrics
Solid understanding of user behavior analytics, experimentation, attribution, and digital marketing metrics
Technical Data Skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams (Developers, CRO, UX/UI, Product).
Ability to work with raw datasets, perform data validation, and troubleshoot data discrepancies
Familiarity with Big Query, GA4 event schema, and data modeling concepts is a plus
Proficiency in data cleaning and transformation using Excel/Sheets, SQL (preferred), or Python (bonus)
Experience with regular expressions (Reg Ex) for tagging and data extraction
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Experience Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our digital products while managing customer relationships through effective CRM strategies. This hybrid role combines product ownership with hands- on CRM management, ensuring seamless digital experiences and data- driven customer engagement (a combination of Digital Product Owner & CRM Specialist roles). The goal is to ensure seamless digital experiences and data- driven customer engagement.
You will be responsible for designing and executing A/B tests to improve user journeys, developing targeted campaigns, and implementing automated workflows to nurture leads and maximize conversions. A strong understanding of CRM systems is essential, as you will manage customer data, segment audiences, and leverage insights to deliver tailored experiences across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our digital strategies deliver measurable results
Use analytics platforms and other tools to identify areas for improvements. Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute CDP/CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition through channels like email marketing, SMS, website activation, etc.
Analyze CRM data to generate insights and report on campaign performance. Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Manage meetings and team communications effectively, including scheduling, capturing meeting minutes, and translating discussions into clear action items and reference notes.
Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for digital products (e.g., websites, eCommerce platforms, or mobile apps). Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
Create detailed project plans and timelines to align internal and external stakeholders on deliverables over 3, 6, and 12- month periods.
Research, plan and conduct experimentation strategy to collect data and get more insights from A/B testing.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver product enhancements on time.
Segment customer databases to personalize communications and drive targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with specific audiences.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTSStrong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other data platforms to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced, deadline- driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Three to five years of experience in digital product management, E- commerce and user experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, UX Design, Analytics, Business, or a related field.

Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, etc.) is a big plus
