Digital Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Identify and test new innovative digital marketing opportunities and stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Take lead in Lead Gen program by developing and implementing digital marketing plans to attract prospective clients.

Coordinate with other departments to drive website traffic growth, sign- ups, and applications.
Create and deliver various types of content on websites (landing page, SEO articles, blog posts, newsletters, etc.).
Set up and monitor SEM campaigns (Google Ads, PPC) to ensure the highest ROI within the budget.
Manage and optimize company’s websites (local and a part of global sites), SEO, SEM and PPC to improve website ranking and user experience .

Monitor and manage performance of email marketing plan.
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns on third- party email software.

Support the performance and optimization of social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn)
Use Social Listening tools for crisis management & potential opportunities.

Analyze various types of data sources to generate in- depth reports, gain insights and make data- driven decisions and report on a timely basis.
Analyze quantitative research data for marketing and industry reports.

Cooperate with regional and global teams on marketing projects.
Perform other tasks (event support, admin and so on) as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge and experience with analytics tools of websites and other digital marketing channels.
Innovation, problem- solving and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset, tech savvy and data- driven approach.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.
Good communication skills and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Multi- tasks capability, teamwork, and learnability.
04+ years of experience in a similar role with proven track records.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Content Creation

Assist the Digital Marketer in resolving website technical errors that impact performance and search rankings.

Support the Marketing team with digital projects and administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Time management skills to meet deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects.
Strong command of both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics or SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
