Real Estate Assistant Full- time/Part- time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle administrative duties and ad- hoc tasks as assigned.
Monitor apartment operations (handover, repairs, service coordination) and liaise with stakeholders.
Draft, review, process, and track documents/contracts for purchase, sale, lease, and transfer.
Publish rental/sales listings and coordinate client viewings; host viewings when required.
Compile statistics and prepare periodic business performance reports and dashboards.
Provide daily operational support to the Director on real- estate matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Early- career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English; Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage (frequent interaction with foreign clients).
Bachelor’s degree required (for Full- time position)
1 year of experience in real estate (paperwork/transfer/leasing) or strong internship exposure is a plus
Strong communication & negotiation skills; client- service mindset.
Dynamic, organized, responsive, and highly responsible; thrives under deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to use Canva/CapCut for basic creatives.

Marketing Assistant Full- time/Part- time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Execute photo and video shooting of company&039;s activities, events, projects, or other content as requested by the supervisor.
Edit, cut, and assemble simple videos (add effects, sound, text, color correction, etc.) ensuring aesthetic appeal, attractiveness, and suitability for the communication message.
Write articles and perform basic graphic design for the company&039;s website and communication channels, adhering to the company&039;s defined style and direction.
Support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required (for Full- time position)
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage (will work directly with foreigners).
Prefer candidates born in 1997 or later.
Experience in photo/video shooting and editing (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent).
Good writing skills, with the ability to convey information coherently and creatively.
