Support tracking and preparing related training reports; propose ideas to improve the company’s training activities.
Assist in identifying training needs, planning training courses, and coordinating logistics before, during, and after training sessions.
Act as a teaching assistant for internal trainers; help organize internal events related to training.

Support updating the organizational structure and the roles/responsibilities of departments.
Assist in the issuance of delegation and authorization documents.
Assist in building performance evaluation systems, competency frameworks, development plans, and innovation programs.

English proficiency is an advantage.
Good computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Smart, proactive, detail- oriented, and passionate about learning and development.
Able to work full- time (5 days/week).
Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
