What You&039;ll Do
Support basic SEO execution tasks, including AI- based image creation, entity profile setup, and backlink activities.
Review community’s conversation (comments, inbox, reply and posts to wall- on fanpage) in a quick and timely manner.
Assist in scheduling posts and monitor engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Update and optimize existing website content to improve on- page SEO performance.
Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
Write product explanation content and FAQs for website pages.
Support the Marketing team in producing content to improve brand awareness and customer trust across products.
Assist in building content for SEO campaigns: SEO- optimized articles, landing pages, product/service descriptions.
Write and optimize SEO articles based on provided keywords and outlines.
Assist in creating performance marketing content under guidance from the team.
Support other content- related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Respond to comments and messages on the brand’s fanpage following team guidelines.
Respond to comments in order to foster a positive community and add value to our client’s customer experience
What We&039;re Looking For
Creative mindset and up- to- date with social trends.
Major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
Good writing skills with clear structure and logic.
Final- year student or fresh graduate.
Interest in fintech, banking, or personal finance.
Detail- oriented and comfortable with execution- focused tasks.
Basic knowledge of Content Marketing or SEO is a plus.
Enthusiasm for staying up- to- date with social media trends and best practices.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Passionate about digital marketing, familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Output Expectations
Show continuous improvement in writing quality, SEO understanding, and content performance over time.
Deliver assigned content tasks on time and according to briefs and team guidelines.
Support day- to- day content operations, including social posting, planning and tracking fanpage engagement
