JOB DESCRIPTION
Asa Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching candidates withclient needs, offering consultative recruitment solutions in a dynamic andfast- paced environment. This role provides opportunities to build strongrelationships, gain industry expertise, and grow your career
Location: Dolphin Plaza, My Dinh, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi
Sourcing &Placement
· Present top candidates to the team, optimizing supportopportunities.
· Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure databaseupdated.
· Identify, assess, and align candidates&039; skills with careerobjectives.
· Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates for roles.
· Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Business Development
· Provide consultative advice on effective recruitment strategies.
· Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
· Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and pitchservices.
· Negotiate charge rates with clients and network to establishmarket expertise.
· Build and manage a client portfolio to address their recruitmentneeds.
· Develop and execute business plans to generate newopportunities.
· Identify and pursue business opportunities through client andcandidate interactions and industry updates.
REQUIREMENTS
· Well- organized
· Excellent with prioritization and time- management
· Proficient in English communication.
· Confident and pleasant personality
· At least 6 months of experience inRecruitment or Sales.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work with targets
· Customer service and sales skills
· Graduates in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or relatedfields
· Comfortable in a startup environment and adaptable to change.
