JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan recruitment for assigned positions, coordinate with specialized departments to
clarify recruitment requirements and propose effective recruitment plans.
- Manage, update candidate data and make reports as required by superiors
- Prepare for the candidate&039;s job acceptance process and guide new employees to
prepare for the first day of work.
- Other tasks assigned from HR Director/Office Manager.
- Carry out recruitment steps according to the Company&039;s recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a great teamwork spirit.
- 1 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition at technology company.
- Good command written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
- University graduated, major in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problem
