ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support in answering all telephone calls and emails in a friendly manner, using clear and professional English
communication.
Assist the sales team in conducting site inspections.
Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
Maintain professional grooming standards.

TASKS TO COMPLETE

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Meal allowance: 50.000 VND per working day
Competitive internship allowance: 3 mil per month
