Position StatementThe Housekeeping Trainee learns about the Housekeeping department’s operations and related skills, works independently in certain service positions, and supports other departments to achieve their targets.
What will I be doing?
As the Housekeeping Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Assist department managers with certain administrative work.
• Adhere by the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook.
• Support other departments’ team members to complete tasks at a high standard.
• Learn and practice according to the training plan.
• Independently work at certain service positions.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.

A Housekeeping Trainee, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
• Willing to learn about room division in the hotel industry.
• Good execution and result focused.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management and operations.
• Strong communication skills and a good team player.
• College degree and above.
• Good service attitude.

Working hours: 8 hours/day, 1 hour break/day, 2 days off per week
