Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and hands- on Head of Quality to champion a culture of excellence and drive our product quality to world- class standards. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the key architect of our Quality Management System, directly influencing customer satisfaction and our global market reputation. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and collaborating closely with the President, your deep expertise in foundry processes and international certifications will be critical to our continued growth. Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate third- party audits (ISO, customer, and certification bodies) and ensure 100% compliance.
• Secure and maintain product certifications required by the water and HVAC industries: UL, FM, NSF/ANSI 61 & 372, WRAS, ACS, DVGW, and other relevant approvals.
• Lead the Quality team (QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and lab technicians) and foster a culture of quality excellence and accountability.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Monitor and improve key quality KPIs (scrap rate, customer PPM, first- pass yield, cost of poor quality).
• Manage the full PPAP process for new products and engineering changes with customers.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow diagrams for all product lines.
• Drive root- cause analysis and structured problem- solving using tools such as 8D reports, 5- Why, Fishbone, A3, etc.
• Act as the primary quality interface with key international customers (especially in the USA and Europe) – handling complaints, visits, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead supplier quality development and perform regular supplier assessments and audits.
• Undertake strategic projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager or President.
