Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization.
Develop employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the securities industry.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates for key roles in the organization.
HR Compliance:
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
Conduct audits and assessments to monitor HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the company&039;s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in the market.

Oversee HR operations, including Onboarding Process, Payroll Processing, time and attendance, Record- Keeping, HRIS systems, Tax and Finalization
Establishing and enhancing robust recruiting and onboarding processes and services to attract the right talents to meet business objectives and goals
Defining and improving performance management processes and procedures, with linkage to talent development practices to maintain a high- performance culture
Human Resources Information System:
Implement and maintain HRIS for efficient data management, reporting, recruitment
