GOALS
Serves as a key strategic leader and the right- hand to the COO, responsible for driving the company&039;s commercial success. The main objective is to architect and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy, leading the Business Development, Partnership, and Task Force teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This role is pivotal in translating high- level business goals into actionable plans, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence to deliver superior payment infrastructure and financial solutions to our corporate clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
• In close collaboration with the COO and BOD, develop and implement the overall business
strategy to expand market share in payment infrastructure, partnership banking, and loan
products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business
pportunities and areas for growth.
• Lead high- stakes negotiations, structure complex deals, and build lasting relationships with
key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the primary commercial representative of the company in meetings with C- level
executives of partner and client organizations.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development (BD), Partnership, and Task Force
Teams (TFT), fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and positive
collaboration.
• Establish clear KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and drive
team performance towards business objectives.
• Act as the crucial bridge between client requirements and internal teams (Product,

• Develop and streamline internal workflows and processes to optimize the end- to- end
commercial cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and long- term management.
Planning & Documentation
• Oversee the creation of high- impact professional documents, including business proposals,
strategic reports for the BOD, market analysis presentations, and partnership term sheets.
• Translate complex client requirements and business ideas into clear, structured, and
presentable documentation for both external and internal use.
• Drive the reporting framework for the entire commercial division, ensuring timely and accurate
updates to the COO and BOD.
