Collaborate with cross- functional departments (Product, Business, etc.) to align technology solutions with business goals.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to drive performance and innovation.
Lead, manage, and develop the technical team, ensuring high performance and team collaboration.
Design, optimize, and maintain DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Develop and execute the technology strategy, focusing on DevOps and Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms).
Report directly to senior management on technical progress, performance, and challenges.
Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Head of Tech, Tech Manager, or Tech Leader at technology companies with a focus on DevOps and Cloud.
For candidates from the banking sector, experience at the Team Leader or Deputy Head level in technology divisions, with expertise in DevOps and Cloud.
Proficient in DevOps tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Extensive experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
In- depth knowledge of system security, infrastructure management, and technology standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross- functional teams.
Preference for candidates with experience in large- scale digital transformation projects or Cloud infrastructure deployments.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
