In the context of rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Head of Business to lead and execute business development strategies for our B2B e- commerce platform. This role requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients, driving customer conversion and onboarding onto the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customers receive detailed consultation about the platform‘s benefits and usage guidelines.
Manage, supervise, and support the KAM and AM teams in engaging and converting business customers, ensuring smooth handover to the Operations team for onboarding.
Work closely and flexibly with the Partnership, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, actively support these teams to achieve the common goal of customer onboarding. Actively gather feedback from the market to continuously improve customer experience.
Collaborate with the Partnership and Marketing teams to receive potential customers, develop communication strategies, and expand the B2B market, aiming to increase the number of platform users.
Train, support, and enhance the capabilities of the KAM and AM teams, ensuring effective customer conversion processes and meeting business objectives.
Propose and implement solutions to attract, convert, and onboard business customers (including suppliers, buyers, and other partners) onto the platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
Analytical thinking, data processing ability, and process management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; flexible and adept at persuading customers.
Strong leadership and team management skills (KAM, AM), ensuring effective customer interaction and conversion.
Strong organizational, planning, and implementation abilities.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, especially in B2B e- commerce or related digital services (e- commerce, SaaS, Tech...) involving Sales, Marketing, and Operations systems.
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management, with at least 2 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
