Brand strategy:
Assist Brand Manager/ Group Brand Manager to develop brand strategies
Product development:
Contribute idea and manage new product development, including: product concept, packaging, formula
Advertising and promotion:
Plan and monitor implementation of A&P activities
Brand performance monitoring:
Manage brand P&L and analyze performance to propose counteraction plan
Team development:
Guide and support subordinates to achieve job expectation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.
4- 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market trends.
