JOB DESCRIPTION
Cross- function support (i.e. School events);
Providing effective administrative and logistic support to the Procurement team;
Managing teaching aids and following up the suppliers;
Brainstorm initiatives, provide support and enhancements to existing school facility;
Collecting and managing data on system;
Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
Good at communication skill and can work under pressure;
Good command of English in 4 skills.
Detail- oriented;
Ability to multitasking;
Good integrity & trustworthinesss (priority);
Have ability to work full- time;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Involve in brainstorming & executing ideas for school activities, especially Marketing activities;
Be in charge of content creation on school’s official social platforms;
Support internal team in various tasks, including but not limited to school events, content creation, photography, community management, seeding, etc.;
Continuously monitor and update news from all educational groups on social networking platforms to capture market trends and make appropriate predictions;
Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage;
Experience (type of)
Well- experienced with Marketing background;
Used to work in Education industry is a plus.
Specific knowledge/ skill
Careful and detailed with both words, numbers and visual;
Strong business mindset, analytical power, good communication and presentation skill;
Love working in Education industry;
High progressive spirit: demonstrate enthusiasm and a proactive approach to learning;
Responsible and honest at work;
Strong writing abilities with attention to detail is an advanced. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Practical creativity and result- oriented;
Energized, open- minded and extremely proactive;
Good English at 04 skills;
Have good sense of beauty;
Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects;
