MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Tư vấn trực tiếp cho phụ huynh và học viên.
Đạt chỉ tiêu tuyển sinh hàng tháng và hàng năm.
Chuyển đổi học viên học thử thành học viên chính thức.
Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh.
Theo dõi và chăm sóc khách hàng tiềm năng từ Facebook, website, giới thiệu và sự kiện.

Dẫn dắt, đào tạo và tạo động lực cho đội ngũ kinh doanh/tuyển sinh.
Tổ chức các buổi họp và huấn luyện định kỳ.
Giám sát hiệu suất và hoạt động kinh doanh của đội ngũ.

Hỗ trợ giữ chân học viên và gia hạn khóa học.
Xử lý khiếu nại và các vấn đề liên quan đến tuyển sinh.
Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với phụ huynh và học viên.

Giám sát số lượng tuyển sinh và tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.
Theo dõi và báo cáo hiệu quả kinh doanh.
Đề xuất cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh.

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ

Lương:
20–40 triệu VNĐ/tháng (tùy theo kinh nghiệm).
