The Vietnam Scholarship Foundation (VNSF) is a non- profit organization based in the United States. Our mission is to help children in Viet Nam break the poverty cycle by acquiring the education and skills needed to reach their full potential. The Vietnam Scholarship Foundation (VNSF)seeks a detail- oriented and proactive individual to manage scholarship programsand student tracking in Vietnam. This part- time role ensures smooth scholarshipoperations and accurate reporting to support VNSF’s mission of empoweringunderprivileged students.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Scholarship & Student ManagementMaintain contact informationfor program graduates and support alumni engagement.
Maintain and update the studenttracking database, including attendance records, academic performance,graduation status, and dropout tracking.
Prepare bi- annual studentperformance reports with charts and analysis on academic results, dropoutrates, and program trends.
Manage the scholarshipinterview process, including identifying eligible students, reviewingapplications, organizing interview trips, conducting interviews, compilingresults, recommending candidates, and notifying schools and students.
Oversee scholarshipdistribution by verifying enrollment, tracking grades, organizing distributiontrips, collecting receipts, and preparing expense reports.
Compile and maintain digitalstudent records such as interview videos, graduation photos, and personal datafor program monitoring and fundraising.
Recruit and manage a COREvolunteer committee (approximately 5 members) to support VNSF activities.
Coordinate with localstakeholders to organize student interview events, graduations, reading roomactivities, bike programs, and other VNSF initiatives.
Organize monthly meetings withvolunteers to review progress and improve program efficiency.
Engage volunteers year- round tosupport special programs, interview trips, and community activities.
Develop orientation andtraining sessions for new volunteers participating in interview trips andevents.
Negotiate discounts ordonations from vendors when possible.
Coordinate logistics for VNSFprogram activities and events across operating provinces.
Ensure smooth collaborationwith local partners, schools, and community stakeholders.
Establish and maintainrelationships with reliable vendors for transportation, supplies, media, foodservices, and event support.
Prepare monthly reports onprogram activities, expenses, volunteer engagement, and events for submissionto the VNSF board.
Monitor program implementationand suggest improvements or new activities to increase VNSF’s impact inVietnam.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational andanalytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand data management tools.
Commitment to VNSF’s mission.
This role requires 20% of travel between the provinces (Ca Mau, Dong Thap, AnGiang, Hau Giang, Bac Lieu & TP.HCM) where VNSF operates.
Fluency in Vietnamese andEnglish.
