Friends for International Tuberculosis Relief (FIT) là một tổ chức phi lợi nhuận đã đăng ký hoạt động trong lĩnh vực phòng ngừa và chăm sóc bệnh lao (TB), cung cấp dịch vụ, nghiên cứu, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và vận động chính sách. JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical support:
Clinical Research Management:
Plan, implement and oversee the clinical trials.
Ensure studies comply with medical and ethical regulations.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to research team and partiesinvolved.
Evaluate and analyze research data, make recommendations.
Training and Development:
Train staff on research procedures, medical regulations andquality standards.
Update professional knowledge and new regulations in thefield of clinical research.
Records Management:
Ensure all research documents are stored and managed inaccordance with regulations.
Participate in the preparation of reports and documentssubmitted to competent authorities.
Liaise with related parties:
Build and maintain relationships with medical organizations,hospitals, and other partners in the industry.
Participate in meetings and workshops to represent theorganization.
Research
Other activities requested byFIT management.
Working on the standardoperating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate and supervise theimplementation of recruitment at both PNTH and the community.
Support consensus buildingabout the Start4All project objectives, targets and implementation withhospital stakeholders at PNTH and the commune level
Provide feedback on the datacollection and monitoring systems to ensure data quality and consistency.
Write and submit the trialreports to FIT and PNTH BoDs.
Ensure compliance with projectSOPs.
Support the organization of anend of project meeting.
Conduct trainings for PNTH andTB Units staff at the commune level on participant recruitment and datacollection procedures.
When time permits, supportother work packages.
Monitor participantrecruitment and use M&E reports to make data- driven decisions abouttargeted trainings and technical assistance provision.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer skills,including familiarity and comfort with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Exceland Stata or R.
A Bachelor’s degree inmedicine, preventive medicine, epidemiology, or related fields, and at least 3years in a managerial position
Highly motivated, willing tolearn, service- oriented, attention to detail and able to work under highpressure and within a limited time frame
Proficient in English
Good attitude, self- motivated,and ability to work well individually as well as in teams
Flexibility across a range offield- and office- related tasks
