JOB DESCRIPTION

• Film and edit short- form videos for our key services: Nails (manicure/pedicure, BIAB/gel, nail art, before–after), lash & brow, facial, head- spa, massage/spa treatments, and product highlights.

• Create content for campaigns, promotions, seasonal launches (Tết, holidays), new services, and store openings/events.

• Deliver a consistent “Privé Spa look”: elegant framing, clean lighting, smooth transitions, refined, pacing, and premium finishing.

• Add subtitles, music, and sound cleanup so videos feel professional and easy to watch (especially, for Reels/TikTok).

• Do basic color grading and skin- tone correction to keep the result natural, flattering, and premium.

• Support content planning with the team (shot lists, angles to capture, formats that perform well) and suggest ideas when needed.

• Organize files neatly and deliver on time (Google Drive workflow + clear naming).

• Stay updated on social media trends while maintaining a luxury brand identity.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2+ years of experience in video editing (beauty / spa / lifestyle is a big plus).

• Comfortable with both shooting and editing (phone or camera is fine—quality matters most).

• Strong editing skills in Premiere / After Effects / CapCut (or equivalent).

• Great eye for detail: crisp close- ups, clean visuals, steady shots, and tasteful effects (not over- edited).

• Reliable, organized, positive attitude, and able to take feedback professionally.

• Portfolio required (beauty/spa content preferred).

• Bonus (a plus): Familiarity with AI- assisted video creation/editing (e.g., AI tools for faster editing, auto- subtitles, voiceover, enhancement, and creative effects). Not required, but a strong advantage.
