JOB DESCRIPTION
Fully in charge of all import, export and domestic logisticsactivities, partially in charge of customs compliance activities of thecompany. Ensure all inbound, outbound shipments and other business activitiescomply with the Vietnamese customs requirement & Bosch CD and resolvingcustom and trade compliance issues.
Importation/ Exportation:
Obtaining detail of end- user complaints; follows up with oversea vendor for shipping issues
Co- ordinate with Forwarders to prepare customs declarations & clearances, follow up to meet lead- time target.
Manage and optimize transportation cost; analyze and select suitable logistic Vendors for department’s requirement of the project.- Provide the proper guidance to Internal Business Partners (IBP) for any kind of import/export topic more efficient and timely completion.
Domestic logistics
Record, update Import – Export databasesand store all documents
Handle domestic shipping request from departments
Arrange delivery schedule and receive Purchase orders
Ø Any other taskassigned by the direct superior from time to time
Ø Dopayment for import – export cost
Ø Supportto manage Physical asset
Ø DoGoods receipt on SAP
REQUIREMENTS
Strongcommunication skills
Experiencein Logistics process is preferred.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
Problemsolving skills with customer centric approach
Requiredlanguage: Good in English
Strongattention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work wellboth independently and within the context of a larger team- oriented environment
Abilityto understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
Bachelor’sdegree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process,process management or customer service.
Goodtime management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experienceand knowledge of process systems software (SAP/Microsoft/etc.) is preferred
