Internship in Parts Distribution Center (PDC)
Are you a passionate student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field? Are you committed to working full- time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to engage in various projects within the Customer Relations Management department? If so, you should become our new Customer Relations Management Intern.
What will you do?
As a Customer Relations Management Intern, you will:
- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform other job- related duties as assigned.
- Perform administrative tasks such as lunch booking and preparing meetings.
- Support in checking issued invoices and handing them over to the Line of Management (LOM).
- Undertake tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Support to respond to customer inquiries by providing part information and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for parts.
