Working time: 9AM- 6PM, Monday- Friday
• Create motion video posters and video recaps for events that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.
• Edit and enhance video content to create compelling narratives and drive engagement.
• Design and produce material for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram.
• Ensure all graphics / motion graphics align with branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and develop storyboards for various projects.
• Cập nhật liên tục các xu hướng, công cụ và công nghệ thiết kế mới để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Biên tập, chỉnh sửa video nhằm tạo ra các câu chuyện sinh động, thu hút sự tương tác.
• Phối hợp cùng đội ngũ marketing và sáng tạo để phát triển ý tưởng, xây dựng kịch bản và storyboard cho các dự án.
• Thiết kế poster động, video recap cho sự kiện, truyền tải thông điệp thương hiệu một cách hiệu quả.
• Đảm bảo mọi sản phẩm thiết kế (tĩnh và động) đều tuân thủ bộ nhận diện thương hiệu và giữ phong cách hình ảnh nhất quán.
• Thiết kế và sản xuất nội dung hình ảnh cho các nền tảng mạng xã hội như Facebook, Instagram.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box to create visually appealing content.
Proficiency in software such as Capcut / Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects Illustrator, and Photoshop.
A passion for social media trends and understanding of platform- specific requirements.
Proven experience in motion graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế đồ họa, Thiết kế chuyển động, Hoạt hình hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và phối hợp hiệu quả trong môi trường làm việc nhóm.
Có kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế đồ họa chuyển động, kèm theo portfolio thể hiện rõ năng lực.
Yêu thích mạng xã hội, hiểu rõ đặc thù nội dung phù hợp từng nền tảng.
Tư duy sáng tạo, đột phá và khả năng xây dựng nội dung hình ảnh cuốn hút.
Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế và dựng video như CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.

MARKETING SOLUTIONS, DISPLAY OPERATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working time: 9AM- 6PM, Monday- Friday
Marketing Solutions (MS) is responsible for the monetisation of all brands & sellers, through driving adoption & activation of search, recommendation, banner, affiliate ads. As a Display Operator, you will be responsible for managing, operating, optimizing, and reporting on the Display Assets deliverables, including banners, app push content and other onsite and offsite assets.
Your accountability in detail:
● Display Operations (70%)
- Work with other cross functional teams such as General Operation, Finance, Regional MS for related topics.
- Transform sellers’ feedback into revenue opportunities and actionable product requests. Then support testing of new products.
- Deliver the committed display assets and do clipping report for booked brands
- Manage bookings & submitted materials from Brands and Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Track Display product revenue and propose solutions to enhance inventory utilization and more revenue
- Collaborate with Asset Owner teams to align on inventory, mechanics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
● Account Support (30%)
- Provide support (pitch deck, selling materials, revenue tracker…) for MS PICs to push their assigned sellers.
- Handle questions, concerns and needed supports from KAMs (if no MS PICs).
REQUIREMENTS
● High level of proficiency using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
● E- commerce experience is a plus
● Detail- oriented & Deadline- driven: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
● Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities
● Proven track record in time & task management, stakeholder communication & collaboration
● Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
● Good at English both verbal and business writing
● Minimum 2- year experience in process operation, project/or assets management, or related fields
● Ability to work in a fast- paced, execution- oriented and challenging work environment
