JOB DESCRIPTION
Sending pre- alert ( shipment information and document ) torelevant parties for each shipment before cargo depart.
Follow & communicate with other parties if any problemoccurs.
Communicate with airlines for any cargo revision vs thebooking and request airlines to extend cut- off time if cargo to be latereleased.
Tracking and tracing cargo and keep Customer service &Schenker Oversea at destination updated if any changes vs initial flightschedule.
Issue HAWBs, Manifest, MAWBs as fully compliance withcustomer SOP, country SOP of each destinations and airlines’ requirements forboth Intel and Non- Intel accounts
Prepare pouch of shipping documents (per MAWB) to submit toairlines for dispatching together with freight.
Checkfinal figures on SLI from Onsite and inform them if any discrepancies found
Issue freight invoice when have information
Input booking information (link from WHS) & flightschedule into TMS.
