The opportunity
We seek highly motivated individuals to join us for a potential career in People Advisory Services Tax, Mobility services (focused on Immigration).
Your key responsibilities
Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration applications and petitions.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Help draft correspondence and legal documents related to immigration cases.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on case strategies.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Support the team in managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
To qualify for the role you must have
Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resourceful and logically
Strong interest in immigration law and services.
Detail oriented and possess initiative
Having working experience in Immigration services with experiences working with authorities is a plus
Ability to work in a fast- paced and changing environment
Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate with a degree in Human Resource, International Relations, Foreign Language, Law or related majors.
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
