MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Hỗ trợ bộ phận CS trong việc tiếp nhận, xử lý và phản hồi yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Theo dõi đơn hàng, phối hợp với kho – vận hành để đảm bảo tiến độ giao nhận.
Nhập liệu, cập nhật thông tin chính xác lên hệ thống.
Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị chứng từ, báo cáo theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo phân công.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Nữ, nhanh nhẹn, chăm chỉ, cẩn thận và có trách nhiệm.
Khả năng tính toán cơ bản tốt, làm việc chính xác.
Thái độ tốt, chủ động, chịu khó học hỏi.
Sinh viên năm cuối, không vướng lịch học, có thể làm fulltime.
Có thể bắt đầu nhận việc ngay là một lợi thế.
CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
Phụ cấp thực tập: 1.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
Cơ hội trở thành Nhân viên chính thức tại ITL Logistics nếu thể hiện tốt.
Được xác nhận thực tập sau khi hoàn thành.
Được đào tạo kiến thức và kỹ năng CS trong ngành Logistics.
Môi trường năng động, cơ hội học hỏi quy trình thực tế tại kho vận lớn.
