JOB OVERALL

Work location: Viettel Tower
Direct report: Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Marketing Execution

Ensure PR/PO/GR documentation is complete and aligned with company policies
Support inventory reconciliation (gift/POSM) to ensure stock gift availability for promotions
Track promotional calendars and campaign timelines
Coordinate POSM production and ensure proper in- store visibility and display standards.
Prepare and verify trade documentation (MOIT registration/announcement)
Coordinate the execution of trade promotions across channels (GT, MT, E- commerce)

Reporting & Analysis

Evaluate promotion effectiveness (ROI, uplift, coverage).
Track sales data by channel, SKU, and region.

Coordination & Compliance

Others task assigned by Line Manager
Work closely with Sales team to implement trade campaigns effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

Under 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales administration, or commercial support.
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with SAP system is a plus.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
