Qualifications:Able to provide Letter of Recommendation from UniversityEntitled as full- time student major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, ... during internship period.No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.Good English communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience.Good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.Eyes for details and good organization skills.Ability to work in multicultural teams.Can- do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things.High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their universityWorking hours: from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing.Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (request for quotations).Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation.Support local and oversea buyers on purchasing process.Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department.Follow up purchasing contracts.Do other daily business assistance.
