About the team
Content Strategy & Operations team is responsible for defining and executing content direction on Zalo Video. through establishing content quality guidelines, operating day- to- day video content categories, planning & progressing creative campaigns across multiple pipelines to engage various user segments.

Collaborate closely with internal cross- functional teams to drive coordination and execution of campaigns, content distribution and activations in both in- app and out- app;
Plan & develop content calendars (evergreen, occasions), ensuring timely and relevant content creation and distribution;
Manage content libraries and databases;
Implement content projects/ campaigns across Zalo ecosystem & monitor projects/ campaigns’ performance;
Conduct regular audits to maintain content quality and consistency.

Quick adaptation & proactive skillset.
Strong analytical skills and data driven;
Bachelor&039;s degree;

Preferred Qualification:

Exposure in tech & media industry or other platforms is advantageous;
Strong sense of trending content in local market;
Experience in campaign development or social media is a plus.
Good communications and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities;
