Job Title: HR Executive (6 months)
Reports to: Country HR Director
Working location: Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.
Summary:
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting employee engagement and country- level HR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets and administrative processes effectively.
Core job responsibilities:
Employee Initiatives (60%)
Partner with internal key stakeholders, teams and vendors to ensure successful execution of events.
Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement programs.
Coordinate and implement DE&I programs such as Women Leaders of Abbott, Mothers’ Nursing Rooms, Diversity talks, and other strategic initiatives, etc.
Coordinate and support engagement activities such as quarterly happy hours, sports day, sports community programs, and community care events.
Support communication and logistics for these programs to maximize employee involvement.
Ensure the programs are implemented in accordance with company practice and reinforce company EVP and core values.
Budget & Payment Management (20%)
Ensure timely processing of payments and compliance with company financial policies.
Manage budgets related to employee engagement and HR activities.
Administrative Support (20%)
Provide day- to- day administrative assistance to the Country HR Director and the HR activities
Prepare reports, maintain HR documentation, and handle correspondence as needed.
Educational background & Experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailed- oriented, comfortable and effective working with numbers and excel sheets.
Experience in HR or event coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
