JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Translating the report into English or Vietnamese
- Gather and analysis the comparable
- Other admin tasks.
- Review contracts
- Understand the market information in order to able to produce the market commentary for various sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENT:
- Excellent MS Word skills
- Excellent time- management skills and a desire to work in a fast- paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Good working attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- University Degree in relevant discipline
- Good MS Excel skills
- Commitment, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
