MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥- 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝟖𝟎%)
Manage various types of digital content according to plans of deployedinternal programs including: Youtube, Email, Sharepoint, etc.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal events through specificKPIs (Number of attendees, satisfaction level, etc).
Plan to organize the internal events (Teambuilding, Town Hall Meeting,Well- being…).
Create and deliver internal communications content related to Well- being andEmployee Experience.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (online/offline), includingparticipant management, materials preparation, and feedback collection.
𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝟐𝟎%)
Synthesize, process, and manage documents relating to accounting.
Coordinate planning (information transmission, appointment scheduling,logistics activities, etc.).
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Be proactive in tasks, adaptable to working environment and calm inproblem- solving.
- Senior students or fresh graduates.
- Good communication skills and open to build networking opportunities.
- Experience in extracurricular activities is a plus.
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva/Adobe Photoshop, Capcut/AdobePremiere, etc).
- Can work full- time for 6 months.
- English proficiency (able to communicate).
