JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Support the sales team in promoting services and upselling packages to potential customers.
- Maintain and update booking records in the reservation system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests&039; needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of reservations and services execution.
- Assist in handling reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
- Provide administrative support for sales and reservation activities, including documentation and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Committed to working full time for 3- 6 months.
- Studying in international universities is an advantage.
- Last- year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Foreign Languages.
- Well- versed in use of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
- Good spoken and written English, proactive and eager to learn.
