JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with internal departments (Academics, Admissions, Finance, Bus, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in other service- related projects as assigned by the SSO Manager.
Assist with tuition fee tracking, bus service registration, school meals, uniforms, etc.
Support the organization of events such as parent meetings, student orientation, and school activities.
Support and monitor the re- enrollment process and tuition payment reminders for the following academic year.
Handle and follow up on parent requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a key contact point for students and parents regarding school- related services and procedures
Collect and report parent feedback and service- related issues to the SSO Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in education).
Service- minded, detail- oriented, and professional attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or relatedfields
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
