JOB DESCRIPTION

About The Role
You will be a member of the Data Team to maintain and updatecandidate databases from job portals and other resources. Meanwhile, you willbe a Talent Acquisition person providing candidates’ profiles for job ordersfrom Hiring Managers to support them fulfilling the vacancies in a short time.
Key Duties:
· Any other duties assigned by superior.
· Propose and implement improvements torecruitment documentation and systems.
· Identify opportunities to streamline datamanagement processes and enhance efficiency.
· Maintain and update candidate databases toensure accuracy and completeness of information (20%)
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understandrecruitment needs.
· Manage full- cycle recruitment: sourcing,screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process by using variousrecruitment platforms (80%)

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Good communication in English
Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, both written and verbal.
Background from a recruitment agency is a hugeplus.
Understanding the recruitment lifecycle is anadvantage
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment,manage multiple tasks/KPI, and meet deadlines.
