JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the Global Business Team in Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore to handle client&039;s queries and participate in their monthly outreach campaigns and the like
Represent the Company to work directly with clients in HCMC upon their arrival and/or work with relevant stakeholders such as commercial banks and relevant state agencies, etc.
Prepare and submit required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign capitalized company in Vietnam
Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on client’s behalf
Research laws and regulations pertaining to FDI and related subject matters for case studies and projects of clients.
Assist on the preparation of content, inputs and materials based on the legal research required.
Undertake other tasks assigned by the seniors
REQUIREMENTS
Having client- facing experience is preferred
Pro- activeness and foreign mindset
Good command of English
Good research and analytical skills
Students studying in the 3rd, 4th year or fresh graduated from university in Law major
Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
