JOB DESCRIPTION
Phối hợp cùng Content & Design tạo nội dung email thu hút, chuẩn UX/UI, đảm bảo tỷ lệ inbox cao.
Xây dựng segmentation và tối ưu nội dung email dựa trên hành vi người dùng và dữ liệu CRM.
Làm việc chặt chẽ với team Performance để đồng bộ thông điệp và tối ưu chi phí.
Tuân thủ các quy định về bảo mật thông tin và luật chống spam.
Báo cáo định kỳ cho Leader/Manager về hiệu quả chiến dịch và đề xuất cải tiến.
Theo dõi, phân tích và tối ưu hiệu suất chiến dịch qua các chỉ số: open rate, click rate, unsubscribe, conversion,...
Thiết lập và quản lý các workflow automation, triển khai các kịch bản gửi tự động (welcome, cart abandon, re- engagement...).
Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch Email Marketing theo từng phân khúc khách hàng và mục tiêu kinh doanh.
REQUIREMENTS
Học Vấn & Kinh Nghiệm:
Tốt nghiệp các ngành liên quan đến Marketing, Truyền thông, Thương mại điện tử.
Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong Email Marketing.
Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
Thành thạo trong việc phân tích hiệu suất và thực hiện A/B Testing.
Ưu tiên có hiểu biết về các yếu tố kỹ thuật email: domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
Có khả năng phối hợp với team nội dung & thiết kế hiệu quả.
Thành thạo công cụ như Klaviyo (must- have), Mailchimp, HubSpot, automation & segmentation.
Có kinh nghiệm thiết lập workflow tự động, segmentation và cá nhân hóa nội dung email.
Thái độ & kỹ năng mềm:
Quan tâm đến thương mại điện tử và văn hóa US- UK, hiểu hành vi người tiêu dùng quốc tế là một lợi thế.
Cẩn thận, chủ động, có trách nhiệm với hiệu quả chiến dịch.
Biết làm việc nhóm, phối hợp đa phòng ban & chịu được áp lực deadline.
Tư duy chiến lược & phân tích tốt, làm việc dựa trên dữ liệu.
Tiếng Anh: kỹ năng đọc hiểu và nắm bắt thông tin tốt.
Có tinh thần học hỏi, cập nhật công nghệ và xu hướng email marketing mới.

Mức lương: 12,000,000- 15,000,000 VNĐ/ tháng hoặc thỏa thuận theo năng lực

JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate closely with Product Owner, QA, and DevOps to deliver high- quality features on time.
Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices for coding style, security, and performance.
Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Develop and maintain fullstack features across React/Next.js and FastAPI services.
Analyze and clarify requirements for small- scope tasks; refine user stories and validate acceptance criteria.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code; investigate and fix defects.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, perform pre- release validations, and ensure rollback readiness.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with guidance when needed.
Translate requirements into technical designs, basic system diagrams, and simple API specifications.
Monitor production logs and metrics, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system performance optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and experience:
Comfortable working across the full stack and switching technologies as needed.
Strong experience with Python FastAPI for backend services.
Solid experience with React/Next.js for frontend applications.
Good understanding of system design principles (API design, caching, scalability, data modeling).
1–4 years of hands- on experience in software development.
Proficient with Git workflows; familiar with Docker and CI/CD environments.
Ability to take ownership of assigned modules or features.
Strong problem- solving and logical thinking skills.
Proficiency with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including CRUD operations, indexing, and aggregation.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve craftsmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Web Components, Microservices architecture and AWS services.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Open to candidates coming from either frontend or backend backgrounds who want to grow into fullstack roles.
