JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator (VoiceAccount) to join our Vietnam SSC. The role focuses on calling US- basedcandidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and ensuringall applicant information is submitted prior to interviews. This is a night- shiftposition that follows the US time zone.
WHATYOU WILL DO
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
· Screen resumes from Indeed andinternal databases based on job requirements.
· Shortlist qualified candidates andupdate their status in the tracker.
Voice Support – Outbound Calls (USMarket)
· Introduce job details and confirminterest.
· Conduct brief phone screenings.
· Assist candidates in understandingnext steps in the recruitment process.
· Make outbound calls to US- basedapplicants using fluent and clear English.
Interview Scheduling
· Send confirmation messages andreminders to ensure candidate attendance.
· Manage rescheduling requests whenneeded.
· Coordinate interview schedulesbased on recruiter/manager availability.
Applicant Support &Documentation
· Maintain a high level ofprofessionalism during interactions.
· Send application links, forms, andinstructions to candidates.
· Follow up to ensure documents andrequired information are completed before interview time.
Reporting & AdministrativeTasks
· Follow standard operatingprocedures (SOP) and performance metrics.
· Submit daily/weekly activityreports (calls made, connected calls, screenings, interview confirmations).
· Update candidate information inspreadsheets/ATS accurately.
REQUIREMENTS
WHOWE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Strong attention to detail andability to follow structured processes.
· Around 1 year of experience(Fresh graduates are welcome).
· Willing to work night shift(Tue–Sat).
· Comfortable making outbound calls.
· Fluent and clear Englishcommunication, especially in phone conversations with USapplicants.
· Basic computer skills (GoogleSheets, email, scheduling tools).
Preferred / Nice- to- Have
· Background in recruitment support,sourcing, or customer service.
· Experience in Call Center / BPOVoice account using English.
· Familiarity with Indeed, CRM, ATSsystems.
· Experience handling US clients orUS market processes.
