To support our continued growth, IDS is expanding its sales operations to Vietnam — building a dedicated English- speaking team to serve the U.S. market. All roles require a strong American accent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with American clients.
Impressions Debt Services (IDS) is a U.S.- based financial services company with over 10 years of experience helping American consumers reduce their unsecured debt — including credit cards, personal loans, and medical bills — through personalized debt relief and settlement programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role requires excellent communicationskills, confidence, and a strong ability to build trust and rapport withAmerican consumers.
As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a keyrole in helping U.S. clients who are struggling with credit card or personalloan debt. You will engage with potential customers via outbound calls,social media inboxes (Facebook, X/Twitter), and email, with the goal ofconverting them into enrolled clients in our debt relief program.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed individual KPIs and conversion targets
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X), email, and other digital channels
Make outbound calls to prospective U.S. clients provided by the company
Engage with leads in writing and by phone to convert conversations into scheduled calls or direct enrollments
Build trust with clients by understanding their financial situation and explaining how our debt relief program can help
Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, financial services, customer support, customer service, or call centers is a plus
Fluent English with a clear American accent (Native English level)
Confident, professional communication — both spoken and written
Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. time zones)
Comfortable with outbound calling and fast- paced work environments
Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonusPreferred Qualifications Studied or lived in the U.S/CAN. Experience in debt relief, collections, or U.S/CAN. consumer finance Understanding of U.S/CAN. credit and lending systems
Understanding of cultural slangs and differences in conversations
Strong sales mindset and persuasive ability

Performance Bonuses: 0.2% commission based on the enrolled debt amount. The average debt of a U.S. consumer is $25,000.
Base Salary: $1,000- $1500/month
